Version 1
Housing in town.

Why: First version.

How Enterwebs works

Three separate systems, so one can't quietly do another's job:

Ratings decide what's easy to find. They never remove anything.
Evidence notes describe what sources say about a claim. They never sanction anyone.
Moderation enforces published rules, and every decision can be appealed.

More about how it works

Every decision is on the record

Removals, appeal outcomes and rule changes are published in a ledger that can't be quietly rewritten.
