Version 1: Harassment
Don't harass people: repeated, targeted contact or abuse after someone has made clear it's unwelcome, slurs or degrading attacks on people for who they are, or rallying others to pile on. Strong disagreement with someone's arguments is not harassment.
Examples
- Not allowed: following someone from thread to thread to insult them.
- Allowed: "I think your reading of the report is wrong, and here's why."
